Sample weekend itinerary:

THURSDAY Day 1

4pm Arrivals
4:30-6PM Welcome CEREMONY  – wine tasting

630-8 DINNER , locally sourced vegetarian or meat gourmet mayan influenced cuisine.

8-9:30PM SOUND HEALING session on beach w/ Bonfire.

FRIDAY Day 2

8-9:30am breakfast: fresh juices, smoothies, light fare or continental style.

10-11:30 am yoga, breath work session combo and or pilates HIT.

(Depending on your level of fitness we can customize the style and intensity.)

11:30-1:30pm free time-Pool , beach , snorkeling or biking.

2-3pm lunch w/local catch of the day grill

4-6pm. Art class: painting with the sunset over sea under palapa taught by local artist.

6:30-8pm Dinner

8:30-10pm star-gazing with telescopes & instruction provided by local astrology conservatory.

SATURDAY Day 3

8-9:30am breakfast

10-11:30 am yoga, breath work session combo and or pilates HIT.

11:30-1:30pm free time-beach/pool time, journaling.

2-3pm kombucha workshop & tasting,

3pm-5pm Vocal therapy, opening your throat chakra, free expression through mantras and movement.

6:30-8pm Dinner

8:30-10pm Cacao ceremony/ecstatic dance movement salon.

SUNDAY, Day 3

8-9:30am breakfast

10am-12pm Yoga & fit training =-your choice

12:30-3pm Tidal wave beach
